Overview
As a senior marketing coordinator, you'll provide quality control review and coordinate the production of all components for proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral to ensure a high degree of accuracy and quality. You'll provide graphic design support for a variety of materials including conferences, reports, and award submittals. The Senior Marketing Coordinator reports to the Mountain Region Marketing Manager.
Salary Range: $75-95k DOE
Responsibilities
Supporting the transportation planning and design group through full cycle proposal planning, creation, and review.Plan, review, and produce statements of qualifications, proposals, and other marketing materials. Organize and edit written documentation to verify that complex technical solutions, strategies, and themes are easily understandable and compelling. Lead the proposal strategy planning meetings and develop winning themes for proposal strategies. Manage proposal schedules and engage technical and management team to obtain necessary technical information. Assist and coach technical team for presentations and interview.Recommend, prepare, and coordinate awards competition entries. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance standard materials and continuously improve marketing and proposal processes, while supporting each other in managing marketing and proposal tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.5+ years of marketing experience. AEC experience (required).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud suite software including InDesign (required), Illustrator, and Photoshop. Deltek Vision experience (a plus).This office job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines. May occasionally be exposed to noise.While performing the duties of this job, physical demands of the employee may include constant sitting, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, and occasional standing, moving, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, and coordination. This job will rarely require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over 35 lbs.
