The desired candidate will be responsible for leading/participating with a team to collect all necessary baseline data to fully develop preliminary, final, and construction restoration plans. Additional duties would include budget development and management, database development and analysis, technical reports, and attending site visits. Fieldwork will be required and may consist of aiding with various field surveys and construction oversight.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Fieldwork to collect baseline reference dataProvide pre- and post-construction surveys for stream and wetland restoration construction projectsConduct weekly and monthly job reporting for stream and wetland restoration construction projectsComplete or aid in organizing, entering, analyzing, and reporting project operating statisticsComplete or assist in calculating production requirements, schedules, and costs for projects, including the areas of equipment, operating supplies, labor, and other production and cost-related data as requiredAssist with project budgeting, billing and planningQuality assurance and quality control of construction activitiesPerform job duties in accordance with OSHA/MSHA law and regulations, established company safety procedures, existing company policies, and state and federal environmental regulations.Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Surveying, or related field and/or related certifications is desiredTwo-year associate/technical degree or equivalent with relevant years of work experience and certifications in similar fields may be considered0-3+ years of related work experienceAbility to implement approved construction plans (reference projects will be requested)Great teamwork skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication skillsStrong organizational, time management, attention to detail, and analytical skillsPositive attitude and team-centered approach to problem-solvingProven track record of meeting deadlinesMust be able to work independentlyBasic working knowledge of Microsoft Office/ExcelAbility to travel to sites as needed, up to 50%
