As a Construction Project Manager, your responsibilities will include professional construction management support services for large public works construction projects.
Salary Range: $180,000 to $215,000
Responsibilities
Work as a Construction Project Manager as part of a team on SFPUC projects and independently on smaller projects Supervise construction inspectors and coordinates inspection activities, manages and schedules construction inspector staffing for project Coordinates field sampling and testing , issues and manages Non-Conformance Notice (NCNs), reviews field construction submittals Collaborate closely with the Owner, and Contractor to resolve issues
Qualifications
BS in Civil Engineer (BSCE) or Construction Management preferredConstruction Management/Construction Inspection experience in large public works projectsOver 8 Years of Construction Management or inspection experience preferred Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and MS Project Excellent written and verbal communications skills
