Position_Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Lead site safety activities & enforce safety rulesConduct inspections, audits, and hazard analysesReport to Division Safety Manager weekly/monthlyInvestigate accidents & coordinate with Risk ManagementTrain employees (OSHA 10/30, HAZWOPER, orientation)Maintain bulletin boards, equipment records & safety documentationTravel to regional jobsites as needed
Position Requirements :
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent field experience1+ year of construction health & safety experience (Internships count!)Solid understanding of OSHA, federal, and state safety regulationsValid driver's license and clean driving recordSpanish fluency (read, write, and speak) is a strong plusStrong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsCollaborative, proactive, and great at building trust across teams
