Looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Dozer Operator to join our team! As a Bulldozer Operator, you will be responsible for excavating and grading ditches, slopes, and roadways with precision and efficiency. With your expertise, you will also spread materials such as base and dirt on roads and embankments to plan and grade elevations. Whether you work on a single project or move from task to task, your work will be crucial to the success of our team and the completion of each project.

Responsibilities
Fasten attachments to the tractor with clevis or wedge pin hitches. Connect hydraulic hoses, belts, mechanical linkage, or power takeoff shaft to the tractor to provide power to raise, lower, or tilt attachments. Move levers to control tool bars, carriers, and disks. Move hand and foot levers to control hydraulic shovel. Use shovel to dig trenches and holes of specified length, depth, and width, remove loosened material, and put in piles or transport trucks. Maneuver equipment by moving levers and depressing pedals to raise, lower, and tilt attachments to clear right-of-way. Estimate depth of cut by feeling lever and listening for stalling action of engine. Drive bulldozer in successive passes over terrain to raise or lower terrain to specified grade following markings on grade stakes or hand signals. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
Position Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation (Required) Possess a valid Driver's License Ability to pass a background check High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
