Position_Description : Supervises field operations for a Waste Water Treatment projectsupervise and coordinate activities of grading crew and may also engage in the trade work of the employees being supervisedRead, understand, interpret and enforce safety policies and practices.Examines blueprints to determine dimensions of structure.Lays out floor-plan/worksite as needed.Inspects work performed by subordinates to ensure conformance with specifications.Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product to increase efficiency of work crew.Estimates, requisitions, and inspects materials.Maintain a general knowledge of equipment used on the job including basic understanding of equipment limits and designed purposes.Ability to read and understand a two-week construction schedule.
Position Requirements : A minimum of 5 years of supervising / crew leadership experienceA minimum of 5 year (overall) of Concrete Carpentry/Finish work experienceWork SafelyBe able to carry 70 lbs. or more - frequent cross body movements such as bending, climbing, twisting, balancing, stooping, etc.High School diploma/GED preferred.Flexible availability to include overtime and weekends.
