POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a qualified Ready-Mix Concrete Dispatcher to join our innovative operations team! The Ready-Mix Concrete Dispatcher supervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in the manufacturing of concrete products and the delivery of those products. In addition, this position quotes prices, responds to customer requests, receives orders and ensures timely deliveries of top-quality products and service. This is a full-time seasonal position located in Rice Lake, WI working Monday through Friday and occasionally Saturday morning.
Additional Responsibilities:
Utilize company software programs to ensure the optimization of the mixer fleet to provide efficient and timely customer deliveriesReceive customer orders through the Order Desk phone numberProvide customer service by calculating yardage, providing pricing, and general informationMonitor external factors such as weather and traffic to ensure optimized delivery of concreteDispatch drivers to job sites with instructions on delivery requirements and job site conditionsReceive cash payments and process credit card transactions for cash on delivery (COD) ordersFollow all Company safety policies and proceduresFollow all OSHA and MSHA RegulationsAdditional duties as assigned such as to ticket aggregate orders
