We are looking for college students (rising Juniors and Seniors) seeking internships for the summer of 2025 in Providence. This internship will provide advance consideration for a full time opportunity after graduation. The ability to build strong relationships is key for our Starlite internships. These roles are hands on and will work closely with our established project teams providing you a wonderful introduction to the industry and company culture.
Responsibilities
You will be working alongside the Starlite team supporting work across several active construction projects in Providence supporting the work of several team members, your individual responsibilities may include some of the activities listed below.
Tracking man power, hours, and tasks on site for field verificationCPR, CCIP, EEO reporting and tracking for workforce complianceT&M slip tracking and pricingChange Order managementTool and equipment inventoryAssist with Job Cost Labor audits as neededShadow PMs on site visits and estimating walk throughsUpdate Project related documents such as Allowance Trackers, Histograms, PO Logs, Daily Reports, time cards, change order logs, production trackers, etc.Assist with gathering and submitting new hire paperwork and tracking background check submissions for required field staff.
Qualifications
A rising Junior or Senior working towards a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Mechanical Engineering, etc. *There are no specific major requirements, however these are the most relevant
