POSITION SUMMARY
The Infrared Patch Supervisor's job function will include directly managing crew members to ensure policies and procedures are followed, work and safety standards are maintained and schedules are reviewing and monitoring compliance requirements and providing leadership for the maintenance of equipment. This position will maintain a high regard for safety for all employees and the general public, lead the crew in producing high quality projects, and lead employee training and development. This position also involves various manual tasks, including but not limited to the following: shoveling; raking; sweeping; mechanical assistance; lifting, pushing and pulling various objects.
This position is full-time seasonal. You must be willing to travel throughout the region. Qualified overnight stay will be compensated with per diem.

Position Requirements
Must be at least 18 years oldInfrared patch field experience; preferably in a supervisory roleVerbal and written communicationAbility to organize, plan, schedule, prioritize, direct, and monitor crewsMust have a valid driver's license (A CDL is preferred)Willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat endorsement: Class A preferredPhysically able to perform the job functionsWillingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees
